Chop Chop is a woman owned - family operated catering company bringing authentic West African food to the PNW. Founders Tierra and Kingsley Tay have a unique way of using African food and culture to bring people together. Recipes have been passed down for generations and the Tay's are excited to take you on a journey through food.
